We do not offer refunds of any kind. No exceptions. We do however offer store credit that never expires.
We reserve the right to remove the privilege of processing returns for customers who we feel have overused their power of returns. We will provide warning should such an event occur.
We have a 14-day return policy.
Glimmerwood accepts returns of unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery of your order. Items must be free of use (no make-up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, signs of wear, and any other markings or else be subject to a $25 cleaning fee). If an item is sent back AFTER 14 days (post-marked after the 14th day of delivery) of being delivered, it cannot be accepted. If an item is returned with any of the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@glimmerwood.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for their shipping fees. If your order qualified for free shipping and your return would make it no longer qualify for free shipping, that shipping fee will be withheld from your store credit.

We have a 10% restocking fee for all returns.
Damages and issues
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days via email at hello@glimmerwood.com so we can make it right.

Please take care when opening your packages as items cut upon package opening or that have sustained customer induced damage are not eligible for replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not offer store credit on Sale items, Sample Sales, Custom Orders, or items bought using a discount code. We also do not allow any returns on product purchased at conventions or from any of our wholesalers. These items are final sale with no exceptions. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with store credit that doesn't expire.
Cancellation of Custom Order Policy
As time is of the essence when completing custom work, Clients who place a custom order are required to provide sizing information within one month of the initial request.
If the client fails to provide the necessary information after three or more inquiries for information over a period of six months, the order will be canceled without the possibility of a refund.
